THIS IS NOT A TEST.
Well for 0 calories it must not taste good right?
Well to be honest it does not taste exactly “like the real thing.” But hey, it has no calories. You have to decide for yourself. I love all of their products. Some people only like certain ones. Invest in some when you have some extra money and you may be pleasantly surprised. My favorite is the caramel and marshmallow, but that’s just me.
And I just wanteted to quickly explain. I had a rough past week with eating. I received some unsettling news and used that as an excuse to weep around and eat. I did not feel right throwing health tips to you guys when I wasn’t practicing them myself. I find that to be terribly hypocritical. It just goes to show that nobody is ever unbreakable when it comes to food. I can confidently say that I am ready to be back with my routine of healthful foods and exercise. I am not going to starve myself because of the damage that I have done. So be ready for more posts coming at you rapid fire. I hope that you guys do not experience extended binge periods, and if you do I hope that you realize that it is not the end of the world as long as you get back on track.
Diet description: Eat 1 bar before each meal.
Claim: You will eat less and iin turn lose weight.
Reality: After eating one of these bars, you probably will eat less. It is relatively low-calorie and high volume. However, if you are eating calorie dense foods as meals, the effect of the full bar doesn’t really matter. If you eat one of these then try to eat a huge salad, you will probably not finish the salad. However if you eat one then try to eat a slice of cheesecake, I am sure that piece of cheesecake will fit in your stomach. The full bar has the same effect as eating a salad, soup, or an apple before a meal. It begins to fill your stomach.
I lost no weight using these because I did not really eat that much less.
Would I reccommend it?: Well the bars make for okay snacks, but I wouldn’t reccommend giving up calorie counting for this diet. It is also expensive. If you want the same effects, eat higher volume low calorie foods like a salad before a meal. Better for you and same effect. This bar does not contain some miracle weight loss ingredient.
Whenever you need a snack that won’t break your calorie budget, try one of these 100 calorie pairs.
1. 8 slices oscar mayer turkey, 1 slice light whole wheat bread (like the kind form schwebels)
2. 2/3 cup Green Giant broccoli and cheese, 1 package Tofu Shirataki noodles.

3. 3/4 cup egg beaters, 1/4 cup vanilla unsweetened almond breeze milk. Whip up a low cal super fluffy omelette with this recipe.
4. Apple slices (1 medium apple) with 1 wedge laughing cow light swiss cheese.

5. Fage greek yogurt + unsweetened cocoa poweder + splenda
